Generate, distribute & sign-off punchlists
Verify receipt of required spare parts & attic stock materials
Tag & document assets for financial tracking & depreciation opportunities
Facilitate end-user training by vendors & ensure end-user satisfaction
Ensure any validation, commissioning or change control requirements are completed
Assemble project turnover packages & owner’s manuals
Manage completion of redline drawings & as-built record drawings
Develop Lessons Learned agenda to improve on future project performance
Complete project cost history for use on future project estimates
Finalize & close out vendor purchase orders/contracts
Ensure project tracks within budget & schedule limitations
