Prime Choice has successfully completed over 30 projects of varying size and scope since 2005 at this state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical cGMP facility located in Oceanside, CA. On most of these projects, PCCS provided PM Services & Owner’s Representation from project initiation through final completion. Listed below are a few examples of completed projects.

genentechNIMO to Avastin Project – Provided project controls for this award winning remodel that gave the site the ability to manufacture Genentech’s cancer therapy drug, Avastin.

CIT Optimization – Improved the reliability & performance of and added redundancy to the network, cellular & wireless systems campuswide without impacting or shutting down the facility’s day to day operations.

Dining Patio Upgrades – With an accelerated schedule in a high traffic area, completely renovated an exterior courtyard with adult trees, fountain, umbrellas, decorative concrete & other amenities

New Office Trailer Complex – Installed a trailer complex with 19 leased modular buildings combined into 4 individual pods providing additional office space, meeting room & restroom capacity.

Site Security Project – Managed the installation of campuswide security upgrades including a perimeter fence, automated gates, guard houses, cameras & talk-a-phones.

Exterior Building Washing – Purchased rooftop window washing equipment, developed the OPOS & facilitated training of personnel to ensure compliance with CAL-OSHA Title 8 regulations.

Remodel of Existing NICO Facility – Provided project controls & closed several hundred PO’s on this project which converting an existing building into a clinical manufacturing faciilty.

Electrical Distribution Upgrades – Managed the installation of isolation transformers & high impedance grounding resistors campuswide to eliminate the potential for fault migration.

TDS Conceptual Design & Monitoring Improvements – Developed plan to meet potential regulatory limit on the quantity of Total Dissolved Solids leaving in the site’s wastewater stream.
