Seismic Upgrades & Courtyard Remodel
Built in 1916, this church’s existing bell tower was constructed from unreinforced masonry. Installing carbon fiber & structural steel gave the belltower added strength to withstand seismic events without altering the appearance of this historic landmark. The Church selected the owner builder project delivery method hiring the trade contractors directly. PCCS provided all required PM & site supervision service from project start to finish.
