This project renovated an existing 80K SF, 3 story convent into the main offices & a chapel for the Catholic Diocese of San Diego. Work included asbestos abatement, new MEP/fire systems, a central plant, a new elevator, a commercial style kitchen & decorative finishes. Rich Johnson was the PM on this project while employed at Roel Construction Co., Inc.
