RICH JOHNSON – OWNER

  • Over 20 years experience in the construction industry
  • Graduated with a BS degree in construction management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1992
  • Completed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) course at UCSD Extension Program in 2009
  • Worked at Roel Construction for 12 years as an estimator, project manager & group manager
  • Winner “Employee of the Year” at Roel Construction in 1996
  • OSHA trained in Construction Safety & Health
  • Skilled in Excel, Primavera, MS Project, Skier Unifier, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, digitizer & other tools
  • Current in CPR & First Aid training
  • Competent Toastmaster
