This 121 room, 86K SF extended stay hotel project was built on a difficult site requiring haz mat abatement, road abandonment, intense utility infrastructure & substantial coordination with Amtrak & SDG&E. Rich Johnson was the PM on this project while employed at Roel Construction Co., Inc.
