Amenity Building, 7 Timeshare Villas in Carlsbad, CA
This project scope included a 23K SF, 2 story Amenities Building for the resort’s guests with 2 custom pools, a spa, water features, commercial kitchen, restaurant, locker rooms, steam rooms & luxury level finishes. Also included were 7 individual 3 story timeshare buildings totaling 66K SF & 42 units. Rich Johnson was the group manager on this project while employed at Roel Construction Co., Inc.
